  1. We started doing the CF Austere program which is a 9 week program designed for the Soldiers way out in the middle of no where. They use ammo cans, rocks, and tires for weights. The weights are a little lighter than normal so I have been modifying the weights. Today was suppose to be 70 (25mm ammo can with sand in it. We also added back ext.
