  1. 4 Jan- been trying to get ready for Fran. Was not ready for it when it posted on Wed. Good thing because I was not able to workout on Wed. I usually take Thur off and schedule around it so I was not able to workout even though I missed Wed. Friday just did a small warm-up in preparation for Sat's challenge. We took 4th on Sat. One of the Sappers killed the workout almost finishing 6 rds. I nearly finished 5 rds. A little disappointing but I pushed harder than the last challenge. Sun I needed a rest. Mon-18:58. Not bad. I felt better doing OHS. I still need more work but it is coming along.
