Mini Angie (modified)

50 push-ups
50 sit-ups
50 squats
50 walking lunges

Ski and I did the mini Angie with normal exercises per Angie. We also did a KB workout prior to the Mini Angie.

  1. I did not time the KB workout, but I did the mini Angie in 7:49. It was a good day. We taught the DL and the SDLHP to our class. They did a great job on the mini Angie. I need to start posting some pictures. I will get to that soon.
