WOD 2 Aug 2010

Murph

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Add a 20 lb vest if you have one.

You can partition the exercises but you must start and end with the 1 mile run.

  1. It was my birthday so I wanted to do something challenging. Jeff was hoping I did not show up so he did not have to do it, then he put the vest on to make me look bad.

    CPT- 48:08.42- no vest
    BAX- 59:02- vest not sure on the wieght

    I had to leave early so I am not sure what the class did time wise and I do not remember the complete workout.
