  1. I took it easy today. I did the sit-ups and push-ups for the Warrior Challenge my unit is having.

    Warrior Challenge:
    10,000 push-ups
    10,000 sit-ups
    400 miles running (walking, or bike if you are not able to run, bike =3:1)
